J4 'Plus' adapter

Extended version of my J4 adapter. Simulates Zero Cross and 12V signal to be able to boot original CPU 'on the desk'. ByllaFA/SternFA do not need 12V and comes with an optional zero cross emulation.

Default in Simualtion mode. by pushing 'mode' switch it switches between the two modes

SIMULATION:

Display shows all player and status displays

status of controlled Lamps are shown with the first 60 LEDS

LEDs are showing status of each IO ( see text on PCB )
