Cyclone IV dev board v5
v5 of my Cyclone IV comes with more IOs and more RAM ( Fram chip integrated ).
At the moment v5 can only be used with my WillFA11 MPU!

As the Cyclone IV chip comes with a BGA (Ball Grid Array) housing I strongly recommend to use 'ENIG' for the surface finish and select 'standard type' for assembly when ordering at JLCPCB!
Note
When ordering check carefully if all parts are available. It could be necessary that you order some parts upfront via your JLCPCB 'my parts library'. Ordered components are usually available within days. Check the JLCPCB help on how this can be done.
